What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you will need to print an order from, and mail it to us at: Short Burst Learning; 327 West Second Street, Hummelstown, PA 17036. All checks or money orders must be in U.S. Dollars.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the internet?
Our secure server encrypts information, ensuring that your internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all information you provide before sending it to our servers. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure ecommerce transactions.
What is the cost of shipping, and how do you normally ship?
Most items are shipped from PA via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs for each order are shown on the order form. If you need a rush, call us and we will get it out immediately.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If it is a digital download, you will receive it immediately. We usually ship physical items within 5 business days.
What is your return policy?
You may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

How do I know if my computer can play the CD-Rom or download?
All Short burst learning products are compatible with Windows versions 95 through XP as well as Macintosh platforms 9 & 10. If you are running Windows, it is recommended that you have at least a pentium 400 Mhz processor with 64MB Ram, or, if you are running a Macintosh, 64MB of Ram and a 266 MHz processor. Screen resolution should be at least 800x600 pixels. A sound card is required.
These products have not been tested on a Linux system.
